Master and Doctorate Thesis Requirements

Master Thesis:

Landmark Baptist Theological Seminary require a 10,000 word thesis from each master program candidate. The subject of the thesis must be approved by the Seminary. Each thesis must contain a title page, a table of content, the body of the thesis (divided into chapters), and the bibliography. The thesis should follow present day forms and style.  (A forms and style book may be purchased at most bookstores).

General forms and style are: The thesis will be double spaced except for direct quotations. Direct quotations will be indented from both sides and single spaced. Footnotes may be done in one of the following manner as long as they are consistent throughout the thesis. Footnotes may be placed at the bottom of each page, at the end of each chapter, or a footnote page may be placed at the end of the thesis just before the bibliography. The thesis is to be bound before submission. All Scripture must come from the KJV. Other versions may be used only as reference. A bibliography not only consists of the books and articles used but all books and articles referred to in your research.

Doctoral Thesis:
